My name is Karin and I am the developer writer of this courses, your teacher.
I am a "50 something" female entrepreneur, Strategic Life Coach, Mindfulness Practitioner Professional & Diet & Weight Management Coach, with a long time (over 30 years) experience. With proven results.
My Coaching Sessions are done by Skype or Face-to-Face.
